Las camas eran super comodas !. Los pijamas super suaves, muy buena localización ! Excelente todo!

鶴岡八幡宮に近いので散歩たら楽しかった。朝食も下のカフェでとれたのが良かった。

駐車場に手間取ったのでもうすこし詳しい案内があったら良かった。

This hotel was a great option, and very close not only to the train station and its adjoining shopping center, but several sights and amazing restaurants (including some that serve dietary restrictions). Check-in went fairly smoothly with some confusion on our part, but there is a call button to get assistance in Japanese and English. We struggled to get the vent/dryer in the bathroom to work, so towels didn't dry well on their own, but the hotel staff accommodated us with fresh towels and supplies every day (even ones we didn't know they'd provide more of!), which was great. A lot of things in Kamakura shut down fairly early, so between that and being on the upper floors, it was easy to get a great night's sleep. Would recommend this place for anyone staying in Kamakura!

It is definitely a small room though, so if you have a lot of luggage, you may have some problems, but we found that there was plenty of space under the bed for one of our suitcases to help with that. no staff to check you in or give any information. The contact is a Call Center who I doubt knows anything about the hotel. You can not leave your luggage before check in after 3pm. There are baggage lockers which according to the call center cost 100 yen/locker. Actually, it is 500 yen per locker. So we were scrambling for coins to put in. We have to use 6 lockers. Very inconvenient. Coming from the hotel, very few taxi are available or none at all.

Very close to the main temple area and commercial street so great location, and nice view from the roof. The rooms are very nice and large, and seemed to be quite quiet at nights as far as I could tell. The checkin is a little unusual being unstaffed and needing to fill in information ahead of time, but when it worked it was quick to get in.

The checkin process can use a little refining. The information that needs to be filled in beforehand is important but it wasn't always clear to people showing up this was needed. Once this was done a code is put into a lock box to get a key, it's not clear the box door needed to be pushed to be opened rather than pulled. An operator then starts a video call through the screen to verify you have your key which is good, however this should be used as well to communicate with guests who are having problems rather than posting a local phone number to call since most guests can't make local calls on data-only sim cards.

お風呂は少しカビ臭がするので神経質な方は控えた方が良さそうです。 荷物を預ける場合、コインロッカーの利用が必要(500円)なので、通常のホテルのように荷物を預けられません。 せめて無償で1ルームにつき1箇所のみ利用できるような仕組みになるといいなと思いました。
