這次入住主要是便宜，而且業主剛好門口提供可以停車方便，可惜只要沒穿拖鞋在房間走路，容易被樓上吵到或吵到樓下。附近買東西很方便。

1.房子很老舊，是用老房子裝修而成的，那個天井頗有30年以上的氛圍 2.因為是老房子，水管管路也都是舊設計，不知哪一間房子媽媽跟小孩一起洗澡，講話聲音傳到我們房間一清二楚，好像小學實驗的連通管那樣 3.半夜會有莫名的機器運轉聲，畢竟老房子什麼都不意外 4.其實沒有對外窗，對外窗外面是封住的，這點最重要，半夜如果樓下發生火災，樓上應該是直接gg，沒有逃生動線；一進門未看到合格民宿的牌子，畢竟這種消防規格要過民宿認證檢驗應該有困難；建議還是多花點錢住合格且安全的地方 5.承上，因為沒有對外窗，房間內潮濕味道很重 6.停車要停附近的公有停車場，老闆娘會給一疊停車券，還說用不完沒關係，笑死，結果根本不夠付一個晚上隔夜的停車費，還是要自己貼 7主打親子民宿，但走到一樓還能聞到煙味，當然這不是老闆的問題，可能是客人或風向怎樣的；但為了小孩的安全，建議還是找有合格認證的
