Il faut spécifier dans l'annonce que la chambre est équipée de la climatisation mais qu'il faut un payer un supplément ce qui augmente le prix de la chambre annoncé.

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Chambre très fonctionnelle et confortable. Très bonne expérience !

The general staff at Cambria were positive, the Chef and main receptionist were great. However, the management and owner of the accommodation were completely disrespectful & rude

We booked this space because we looked at the overall positive reviews. It was horrendous though, aircon is not included, we were given the wrong room, wifi never worked, there were ants everywhere, we had to request for hot water which we were only told about after our stay. We did not have a safety deposit box or a working tv, the locking mechanism on our door was faulty, and the dampness in the room was causing the paint to peel from the walls, probably a health hazard. WiFi was non-functional throughout our stay. Despite daily assurances that it would be fixed, the issue remained unresolved, forcing me to purchase my own data package to conduct essential work. Air conditioning was not included in the room as advertised; it was offered only at an additional surcharge, which we reluctantly accepted. However, we were charged for nights when the power was out, rendering the air conditioning unusable. Hot water was unavailable for the entire duration of our stay. We later discovered that hot water was also subject to an undisclosed surcharge. The room itself did not match the booking description. Instead, we were placed in a room with visible mold, dampness, no safety deposit box, and faulty door locks—parts of which were found stored in a drawer. Unresolved Disputes and Unethical Labor Practices In attempting to resolve these issues, we engaged with both staff and management. We were informed that management was unable to offer any form of discount or compensation because the owner of the property would illegally deduct such discounts from their salaries. This admission highlights not only a breach of labor rights but also a culture of fear and exploitation.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was everything I needed.

Breakfast wasn’t included, but the chef was amazing!

Il manquait quelques équipements de cuisine . Et certains avaient besoin d’être remplacés. La connexion internet ne captait pas dans l’appartement où on était.
