Nice and clean and the location was good, close to supermarket and near town.

The kitchen lacked a lot of basic dishes, there was nothing to use to cook in the microwave or the oven. There was no towel rail in the bathroom only a single hook for hanging 2 towels. The bed was very uncomfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Great location in quiet street and very close to two large supermarkets (a minute’s drive). Very friendly staff 😊. Clean, comfortable room with air conditioning. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Whangarei.

It was very clean and tidy, TV worked and chargers by the bed.

If I had to chose something, probably just when using water it made loud noises
