Hotel Madi

Amazing staff! Ceaser the hotel manager was great!!

Everything was great

The hotel was well located, close to the cathedral but away from the crowds. Very good facilities and excellent service from the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast could have offered more variety .

We loved the location, which was so close to the Centro Historico of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel itself is beautiful, contemporary, beautiful decor, rooms all around an internal courtyard, small bar in the entrance lobby & gorgeous small rooftop pool/terrace & bar. All of the staff were delightful, always smiling, happy to help, gentle & courteous.

The breakfast, which is included, was okay (fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, juice, coffee) but not large in the amount that was available. We felt the space where breakfast is served was not really big enough. Maybe the hotel could make better use of the space beyond the reception, where there were a couple of tables.

I had a great experience with my stay at the hotel Madi .The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was very nice and clean, with very comfortable beds. The hotel has a beautiful roof top pool and bar ,with the best views of the city .
