Coffee maker in room, no cups. Was told by staff that they do not provide cups for room. Carpets stained and dirty

"Room okay but I am not into the “we will return deposit if no damage”"

No breakfast, no shampoo, no conditioner. Held a $75 deposit. Said would check room and return if no damage found. We had accessible room and it was nice. Location was very convenient to interstate. Had only one luggage carrier.

Did not like the Deposit and would refund if no damage found would not leave or have a house keeper go and verify right then that there was no damage. Will not stay at a Studio 6 location again.

Location

There was blood on the fitted sheet so I slept on top of the covers. Lady at check in reception wasn’t very friendly. Checkout reception was much better. I showed her the stain. No card indicating that room was previously cleaned. I’m allergic to cats and could tell cats were in the room. Maybe it wasn’t cleaned.
