スタッフの対応が良く、宿泊客への接客やホテルを良くしたいという意識がとても高い。 チェックアウト後にフロントに用があり戻ったら、カフェスペースで清掃係が集まり真剣にミーティングしていた。 「ただキレイにすれば良いだけではない。些細なことでも気付いたことがあれば、確実に連絡して丁寧に対応していこう」と。うわべだけではないんだなと向き合う姿勢に感動した。

とにかく部屋が狭い。遠方からだったので大きいスーツケースが2つあったため、歩くスペースがほとんどなくなってしまった。荷物の整理にもちょっと困った。
