Location, comfort, appliances however no dishwasher and no clothes dryer.

Bins were full of rubbish on our arrival and never emptied. Towels left on the veranda to dry from previous tenants. Steepness of the driveway.

Beautiful location and views from the balcony are amazing. Good location for pleases we wanted to visit.

Poor communication from the real estate agent regarding driveway unresponsive to messages and when they finally responded the solution was not acceptable. Driveway to property is very steep and is loose gravel. Parking where suggested was on grass halfway down the gravel driveway but there was already a car there as well as piles of concrete blocks not a good first impression. We still had to carry luggage down the steepest part of the driveway to the apartment very unsteady under foot due to dry gravel and very slippery because loose. Maybe suitable location for 4WD vehicles only. Or invest in a sealed driveway as someone will have a serious accident. The beds were too soft for us and so one of our party slept on the sofa. Some nice outdoor furniture on the balcony would be good to replace the rusty chairs and tables.
