The location

The key collection was terrible you had to walk to a kebab shop to collect the keys. Then when in the building there was no letter on the door to show which was your apartment. The electric kept going off every hour on the Dot as if it was on a timer. So every hour we were up switching it back on as we had someone that needed an oxygen machine through the night. We had young children also and we had no aircon due to the electric problem. It was so hot in the apartment. We gave up at 5am switching the electric back on as we were so tired. We looked at 3 am for an emergency contact number because of the electric but nothing to be found also messaged but no answer. If it wasn’t high season we would of checked into a hotel. We lost most of our fridge food due to no electric. We contacted bookings.com & the host which said they contacted the owner which offered us 14.50e refund on a 1 night stay that costed us 300e which I don’t think is aceptable and we still haven’t received the 14.50e.

The Pick up of the keys we spent over an hour trying to find the apartment on foot could have had better instructions maybe a small map to be given when you pick up the keys we seem to walk round the address was not clear nor the apartment number.

Location was excellent

The apartment is located on a busy corner, which can be noisy 1st thing in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect

check in process on app was problematic for solo traveller as it was asking details for second guest, but this was a minor issue and agent was most helpful in rectifying.

Great location, very clean with the exception of high levels of dust and old dirty food under the sofa cushions.

The mandatory online check-in process is the worst I have ever known, you have to camera capture your passport and take a selfie through their outdated online platform, but this all has to be captured on camera, not an option to upload a saved/scan image, or even a 'click' when your ready option to take the photo, just a count down. Extremely difficult and awkward, very time consuming. Nobody meets you at the apartment, you have to collect the keys from a back street Kebab take away. Uphill walk 15 minutes away! Online customer support for the accommodation, not very helpful or polite. You are met with lists/signs of unreasonable overwhelming rules all over the apartment. Constant threat of fines for minor things, including a simple as not washing up an item of crockery. (See photo) A camera sits low and direct over the door to your apartment, marking your feel very 'spied upon' (see photo) Many of the advertised facilities are not there, there is no coffee machine, the dish washer is covered in signs telling you can can’t use it, only the cleaning staff. (See photo) Batteries dead/not working in many TV/Air-Con and the clock in the lounge. Intercom phone not working if you want to order deliveries. Dusty in many areas and a lot of longs hairs around, including one we found in the bed! Sofa in bad condition, really dirty with old food underneath the cushions, the slide out function broken for it. Shower head is broken and falls down making it difficult to use. Shower door running badly on the rails, very loud opening and closing it. Bad smell in the bathroom in general. Only provided 3 toilet papers, for 4 night stay.
