My Dream Hotel

Breakfast was nice. The room was comfy and had everything we needed, including soap - this item seems to be missing in many accommodations across Vietnam, that's why I mention it. There is a vegan restaurant on the ground floor. Super close to bus station. If you go on a overnight trek, you can leave you luggage with reception at no cost.

If you get the room next to the elevator, the noise wakes you up at night.

The kindest staff ever! they are so friendly & helpful, accommodated for our late night bus even with a last minute booking! We got a room upgrade complementary - the room was big and comfortable, the location is so convenient being next to the bus station. The new vegan restaurant onsite is absolutely outstanding!!

Pretty OK hotel, fine for 1-2 nights we stayed 1 night as it was close to the bus station for an early departure

very humid rooms with mold on the walls, no ventilation because the rooms have no windows not very clean very hard bed
