The best thing is the location only a few steps from the beach which is very convenient, especially if you have children and air conditioning (very quiet).

Well, it's not sustainable for babies and little children. If you travel with baby in our case 6 months old don't expect anything for them . If the place says child friendly, I would expect at least a high chair or portable cot. The place doesn't have anything. The kitchen is set up very poorly for 3or4 people. There should be a few more pots and bowls . As a family, we like cooking at home, but it was very hard with limited dishes. Another thing wardrobe in the main room has 4 shelves not for use as they were filled up with new bedding and other cleaners staff.

Re negative reply to "would you stay at this property again" - omitted to check if there was a lift!! I had a knee replacement recently and 32 steps to our unit was a real challenge. This in no way reflects on the property. Fans were adequate for cooling, location excellent.

The location was great - easy walking distance to Forster Beach and Baths as well as to various cafes / resturants. There was secure parking, a sideways view of the beach with a private balcony, a comfy and spacious lounge area and a well equipped kitchen for what we needed.

As others have said, the lack of an air conditioner was felt with the days being very humid. The fans certainly helped but an air con would have been good. It would also be helpful if a specific information sheet / map could be provided with the keys, showing the best way to the parking (as there are a number of one-way streets making it a bit complicated, even for Google maps, and there are 2 entrances to the carpark). Providing speciific information about the bin days and requirements for this unit block would also be useful.
