Room with carpet. Overall in strong need of renovation. The square meter information is inaccurate. Service is mediocre. The restaurant is so-so. Breakfast is okay, but not 4-star quality. It’s not even possible to order a machine-made coffee. What is good: Great outdoor facilities and pool. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is not right. Not worthy of 4 stars.

"Amazing stay, we loved it, would love to come back!"

The facility is amazing, thanks to the hot springs, pools and everything is warm, not too hot, but warm, the facilities are clean, staff is friendly, helpful, rooms are larger, bed is big and comfortable, has AC, sometimes a jacuzzi inside, its in the shower, very cool. Sauna, massage available. The breakfast is small but ok, the restaurant has amazing, tasty food, the bar nice good cocktails

The only issue maybe is, you should have a car, or if local, use the moto taxis, you need to get around, that is the best way. The weather can be tricky in the mountains, it rains a lot, and then heavily.

"Muy lindo y bueno pero deja desear mas agua para las infusiones o cafesito."

El desayuno muy bueno El tiempo muy apropiado El servicio excelente

En cuanto al restaurante pienso que pudieran brindar mejor servicio cuando se piden infusiones o café, porque dan una tacita de agua y seria mejor una teterita que permita servirse un poquito mas de "Agua", es agua.
