Plenty of amenities to use for the beach, coolers, ice, chairs etc close to my favorite pier 14 I was upgraded to the best room with the best view!

The place was absolutely amazing! Can’t say enough good things about the folks who work there, and the room itself. Will definitely be back!

The only reason I’m giving it 5 stars is because you can’t give it 6. The staff was phenomenal. The ability to use their beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkel gear was over the top. The rooms were great! And it was the best “hotel” bed I’ve ever slept in. 2nd best bed I’ve ever slept on next to my own at home.

-the location, couldn't be better honestly. You wake up basically at the beach, and you're 3min walk from the main street with bars and restaurants - Before going there I saw the comments and a lot of people mentioning John and his mom, and now I understand why, they're super nice, super helpful, and feels like you're at home. -There's nothing this place doesn't has for you: name it, they have it. They have sunscreen, after sun, shampoos, books, cards, cold water if you need and then beach towels, umbrellas for everyone plus beach chairs, but proper big ones not the foldable ones so its very comfortable to spend a full day there. Also you have bikes there and you can use it (first come first serve basis), and they even have an ice machine. Honestly just everything for a beach vacation. - Room has nice AC -Would be back here for sure!

-We liked everything, if i could say something that we didn't love is just the fact that the room we stayed is maybe not appropriate for 4 adults, as the sofa bed is not very comfortable at all so I guess those rooms should be maximum 3 people or 2 adults and 1 kid, but of course to have it cheaper people at least have the chance to book it for 4 adults which we appreciate it, but expected better quality for the sofa bed.

We had a wonderful experience. From the start our host gave us a great overview of the property and surrounding areas. All our beach items (towels, umbrellas, ice, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs) were complimentary and much appreciated. The beach was steps away as was a small entertainment district with restaurants and bars. This is a great place for people who want an alternative to the large-scale resorts and towers. If you are looking for a super high-end luxury boutique, I do not think this is going to work for you. For us it represented a lot of value for our money, a place full of kind and helpful staff, and a complete package for what we needed for a long weekend.

The property had some nice free amenities- lounge chairs and umbrellas for the beach, beach toys, goggles, fins, towels, etc. The beds were comfy, there is a convenient kitchenette area.
