Gute Ausstattung mit Schrank und Bett… der Ausblick aus dem Hotelzimmer war toll.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal für den Parkplatz hat verzögert stattgefunden.

Die Lage und das Interieur , es ist ein sehr interessantes Produkt.

Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft , es gibt auch kein Personal im Haus , dass man darauf hätte ansprechen können. Es war voller Staub und ale Socken unter dem Sofa und Salzstangen. Im Bad klebte noch alte feste Duschgelreste an der Wand

Unser Aufenthalt im Numa Cologne Ehrenfeld war wirklich super! Die Lage ist perfekt – es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe, sodass man alles schnell erreichen kann. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem 7. Stock – wirklich ein toller Blick, vor allem am Abend. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert und die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr angenehm und ruhig. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Köln besuchen möchten!
