Es war alles super und hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Einzige ist die Lüftung. Die nervt, die läuft nachts und stört. Wen das nicht stört, der hat einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist super, massig gute Restaurants direkt beim Hotel.

Für mich nur Oktober bis März eine Option, wenn es wärmer wird, werden die Zimmer stickig und man kann nachts nicht ernsthaft lüften weil alles direkt zu sehr lauten Venloer raus geht.

Es hat nur 1 Lift funktioniert, das war zu den verkehrszeiten eine Katastrophe.

The location was great — a very cozy neighborhood with a beautiful view from the 9th floor apartment. Most of the main attractions were within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the building, and even a small playground nearby for children. The area around the building is pedestrian-only, so it might get noisy at night, but the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs. Personally, we did not find it too noisy. I also liked that everything was completely contactless. We never had to meet anyone in person — you simply enter a code to access the hotel, elevator, and room. The apartment itself was very cozy and clean. Everything was compact but well organized, and the room had everything needed to prepare simple meals. It was also very nice that they prepared the sofa bed for our child in advance, so we effectively had two proper beds in the room.

If you plan to stay for a longer period, it would be helpful to have at least a proper broom and a bucket with a mop/cloth for cleaning. It was also quite hot during our stay, and the air conditioner did not cool the room very well — although it was around 30°C outside, so that may have affected it
