Barbecue bottle was empty

We loved the property. It felt homely, the spaces were great and it was very family friendly. There's a tub of Lego in one of the kids rooms upstairs, some books and games scattered around the home and baby gates if they're needed. A portacot and high chair also. We didn't need these but love that they're ther. We loved that it has a laundry with great washer and dryer and used this daily. If we stayed again we would ensure we pack very light so we could just run the washer and dryer ongoing. The kitchen is set up well with everything you need. Having an internally accessed garage, as well as ensuite and great wardrobe spaces are fantastic. And the property is close to town. Check in and out was great. Smart tv downstairs, less smart tv upstairs in the main bedroom. Main bathroom upstairs is huge! Great size. Ensuite also fantastic size! Lots of room Downstairs to play and craft and all those other sorts of things kids like to get up to on holidays. A collection of books too. Some kids ones wouldn't go astray! We added one to the collection and would be happy to bring some more to add if we visit again! :) The cleanliness of the place was great as was the communication with the Accommodation agency. I had noted that I'd seen some reviews with negative reflections of the cleanliness, and as I'm currently immunocompromised going through chemo, I had asked for them to be particularly careful with our property before our arrival. They indicated very shortly after that this had been addressed and more recently it had been fine - I must agree - it was perfect.

We did have a neighbour walk into the yard at one point! That was odd but it only happened the once. They used the bin. It may have been another holiday maker confused? We could have used extra towelling (note: no face washers supplied, one tea towel, no hand towel downstairs) but these aren't deal breakers. We grabbed some extra tea towels from kmart. The plumbing upstairs is very loud but that's not unusual for a two storey home. The only other critique we would have is that a king bed would be a great upgrade, there is ample space; and the main bed wasn't super comfy. The kids beds seemed fine for the time I spent in those - because my children don't sleep at the best of times - hah!

Location and space were great

Stairs for older people with bags. Third bedroom would be good with a mirror behind the door.

Beautifully presented townhouse. Great location short walk to beach and restaurants.
