Ubicación en zona complicada y más si se llega de noche

Pedí salir una noche antes porque no estaba contento, por ruido de calle, ubicación y no dar habitación a la parte trasera. No aceptaron, no reembolsar la segunda noche, ni avisándolo en el Check in
