Location cleanliness and staff were great.

This is the third time we stayed here, the first two times it was fabulous. However, this time the refrigerator didn't work, so our food spoiled, it had to be defrosted. The thermostat was hard to operate, it would not stay at desired temp. The mattress needed to be replaced, because it dipped down on both sides. The tv/remote quit showing programs in menu after day one.

The front desk and breakfast staff made our stay exceptional! Heather, Hannah, Carina, and Kerene made our stay wonderful. Hannah was so busy every morning, but she always had a smile and was SO helpful. Management, please provide Hannah with some assistance or consider a pay increase. Kerene also rocked it! She brought us fresh towels for both our room and the pool area, and even brought us out the umbrellas for the pool area so that we could enjoy the pool. There was nothing she wouldn't do to make our stay comfortable! She was a treat to see every day!! We came into town for a funeral; however, the staff made our stay comfortable and were so easy to work with! I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel! You will not go wrong doing the same!

I particularly like the staff service.Special mention to Ceymel of housekeeping for exemplary service,going above and beyond to assist us.Also Kareen at the front desk for a friendly, and welcoming demeanor.

Comfortable room, space, fridge, kitchen, etc.

Just needed a broom and dustpan for sweeping up sand.

Staff and stay was amazing from the time of check in until check out! Will be booking again.
