Helen Cave Suites

The place is one of the best in the village. Due to the location of this hotel as it sits on the height you have the leverage to look around and you can have a clear view of the village and other properties plus the balloons from the roof. We stayed there for 2 nights and all the time, and regardless of what the clock said, someone or the other was available for us to assist. They even booked us for different tours and told us about the various places to eat and check before we leave and that too in just a snap of fingers, with no wait times, no long queues, or anything.

Location is great! Ambiance is perfect, very friendly and clean hotel.

We had a fabulous and relaxing stay! The staff are very friendly and more than happy to help with tours. Great views from the common areas and the room was great too! Would definitely come back

The hotel looks lovely from the outside, has beautiful grounds and in a great location. Staff was also really nice. The problem was our room, no. 103, in the alcove corner. It was spacious and came with a jacuzzi but it was too mouldy - both the bathroom and bedroom walls had black mould (and the smell of mould was especially bad in the bathroom as there's very poor ventilation and bad plumbing - water leaks from the jacuzzi). We didn't notice too much initially because the door was open to the room when they took us to it and it was s bit dark. It was after being away all day and coming back at night that we were hit with the smell. The staff offered to move us to another room, but it was much smaller than ours and on a higher floor (I had hurt my knee and needed to avoid stairs as much as possible). Since we only had one more night to stay (and we were out all day touring anyway) we sucked it up and asked for a fan instead to help airout the room. I don't think other rooms (that get more sun perhaps) have the same mould problem. So just avoid room 103 if you decide to stay here.

Such a lovely place to stay in Cappadocia! The staff was most helpful and we were so welcoming. We were especially fond of local residents "Lucky" and "Tacin", the mother and daughter hound dogs that made sure we felt like part of the family! What a wonderful environment to make memories that last a lifetime!

The hotel is well located .. the views from the rooftop bar exceptional .. furnishings in keeping with the “cave “ theme .. management receptive and helpful .. all in all a comfortable memorable stay

Thanks guys for the services and the wonderful experience. Everybody was so nice and accommodating! The hotel is built like multi-level caves which provided an excellent view of the entire city. Although it was a bit difficult for older people to climb up the tens of stairs, it was good exercise!! I do recommend this facility to people visiting Goreme. It was worth it!
