Mejore Beach Hotel

Great central Amed location - Close to lots of Warung and the sola-mart. Ocean facing rooms have a great outlook and are huge and comfortable (but be warned that they’re around the pool and pool attracted big gaggle of noisy swimmers on NY day … well before 8am, so no sleep in!)

Pool - was blue and sparkling on day 1 but after an influx of kids and others in the pool the next day it turned rancid green. Only after 5-6 days did the pool begin to get back to sensible and potentially be willing to get in. Given the marketing of the property hinges on pool … be warned. They did dump a bunch of chlorine in but it sat undissolved on bottom of pool for 2 days. Food … NYE dinner was disgusting … roasted Maryland chicken was literally raw on inside. Sent back and came back incinerated. Breakfasts - highly variable quality and portions depending on which cook was in kitchen. Aircon & Wifi - both went out one night and took them 3+ hrs to get someone out to look at it and another hour to get fixed. Suspect electrical maintenance is not being done well.

Душ с унитазом находятся рядом, было некомфортно.

Central location in Ahmed with beach access at the rear. We had the room right on the beach, next to the pool. We loved the mosquito zapper in the room, definitely helps to make you feel more comfortable. There is another pool near the restaurant near the hotel entrance. The food that we had there was good. We stayed for one night only and the entire place was spotless. The rooftop bar opens in the evening, that would be the single whinge that have, but again we stayed for just one night so we weren't too bothered. The artwork in the hotel was awesome! The design and layout was very well thought out.There are a few spots to drink at in the area. Aswell as a beautiful cafe (Rimba) directly across the road with a variety of delicious food & sweets/cakes for those craving a sweet breakfast, definitely a must when visiting Ahmed.On the night that we arrived there was live music a couple of doors down at Warung Bobo where a Lombok band was playing, they were amazingly great. We would definitely come back again if ever in Ahmed. Terima kasih 🙏
