Buona posizione e camere silenziose

Laborioso cercare di ottenere una sola fattura intestata all'azienda per il soggiorno relativo alla prenotazione che prevedeva 3 stanze, lo staff nonostante tutte le comunicazioni ha prima emesso 3 fatture di cui solo 1 intestata all'azienda e nonostante la mia richiesta non è riuscito a farmi correggendo l'intestazione una sola fattura

Good facilities and clean

There was no kettle and minibar in the room. The reception staff were very unfriendly, they didn't even say hi or hallo. I had a reservation for two people, and an extra key card was requested during the night. The receptionist who assisted my partner was very rude and impolite; it was a man working the overnight shift on Sunday the 21st.

Wir durften eine Stunde früher einchecken. Das kam gerade richtig nach einer 6 stündigen Autofahrt. Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren großzügig sowie auch sehr sauber.

Bei den heißen Temperaturen wäre ein Minikühlschrank wünschenswert gewesen.
