We had to order breakfast the night before. It was nothing to brag about, but served it's purpose.
The property is old. They are renovating, but the renovations are far from impressive. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The 9.8 rating is deceiving, though.. You have to order your breakfast and give them a time or you won’t be served. I would book a stay there again.
Very nice little hotel, clean, updated, owners were awesome and even offered us a beer upon arrival.
Those hotel was excellent! The staff were kind and were available whenever needs. The hotel was very clean. They have done a lovely job renovating and updating the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, which is rare in a hotel, and the room quiet. I very much appreciated their attention to details. Thank you for a great stay!
Sadly, my daughter and I cancelled our stay as the bonnaroo festival was canceled. We stayed in Nashville at another hotel that expedia helped us book because manchester did not seem safe. Expedia fought hard to have this hotel refund something. They refunded nothing. I travel a lot. Think twice about a hotel that is this rigid.

Alex the operator was incredibly accommodating at what is his busiest time of year Bonnaroo! I would recommend this hotel to any type of traveler anny time. Fantastic stay. I'm not a review guy, but I had to say something and I stay in hotels 150 nights a year.
Charged us additional money. Said expedia’s price was not correct so we had to pay more at check in.

Friendly, extremely customer service oriented. Owner took a personal interest in ensuring we were comfortable. Free happy hour. Breakfast was personally made for each individual of whatever they want it off the menu. Rooms were comfortable and newly renovated, definitely would go back again without question.
