Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown by IHG

The service was good by the male at the desk was ok, but excellent by the gal that was at the desk after the day guy left. He was way more reserved than her and not too welcoming almost grumpy. The Valets even though we did not use them were very attentive and asked me if I needed anything when I was waiting in the lobby for a delivery. The room was wonderful and the trains running weren't too loud even though they were sooo close to the hotel. We did not have to use Alexa and storm/rain sounds to sleep because of that. The bed was bit soft for my taste but comfortable. Pillows were awesome and the laundry/sheets smelled super clean and fresh not overwhelming fragrant. It was very quiet and thick walls we could not hear anyone in the hallways or in the other rooms. That was awesome hate trying to sleep when people are coming and going all hours and you can hear it. It fit our needs and glad you allow dogs even though we didn't take ours this time. The live music was cool listened to it from the lobby while waiting for my delivery on Saturday night. I thought it said there was free parking. We ended up parking on the street. There was no lot for us to park unless we did Valet parking at $30.00 a day. We got lucky finding a spot and not having to pay since it was the weekend and Saturday with a disabled placard it was free for the 1st 4 hours and then free on Sunday. We left to go to the event with the car and found parking again in front of the hotel when we got back lucked out again. Other than that little Snafu it was great. The wardrobe hanging rod was too short to hang a shirt and pants. We had to hang dress clothes in the bathroom on the shower walls.

Clean, updated, comfortable rooms. Easy street parking as an excellent option to valet.
