Samed Tropical Resort

Been here many times and thoroughly enjoy this resort - good rooms - good facilities - great beach access - good bar and reasonably priced drinks and food. Happy hour too !!!

I really don't like the 2pm check in - too late for a weekend getaway half the day is gone. Also reception opening at 8am is a bit late for check out if you are catching the 9 am ferry from Nadan

Kein Netflixkey, trotz Netflix, keine Hoteleigenen Roller. Eine Kaffeemaschine morgens zu wenig.

I really enjoyed my stay here! One thing I loved was that they offered 2 free cleanings since we stayed for more than 5 days, which made everything feel very comfortable and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Tim and Shavis/Chavis. Meeting them made our trip even better. They were so kind and always helped my friend and me whenever we needed something. Since they spoke the same language as me, they helped translate Thai for us, which made things much easier and less stressful. They truly treated us like family, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

One thing we didn’t really enjoy was the breakfast. The menu felt very repetitive after staying for several days, so it became a little tiring eating the same things every morning. Some of the breakfast dishes were also a bit too spicy for us, especially early in the morning. Also, they put 2 cup noodles and we thought it was free since they didn’t mention anything about that during our check in but during check out they charged us for it and it was the same noodles from 7eleven but more expensive. However, we still appreciated the effort from the staff and their hospitality throughout our stay.
