Everything about our stay at Saughall Mill Farm Cottage was first class; communication, welcome basket, cleanliness, quality accommodation, lovely spacious garden. All in all a very successful stay and we would thoroughly recommend.

"Gorgeous cottage"

It was very quiet & had everything in the cottage that you could possibly need. The bed was very comfy, as were the settees. There's a washer & a microwave. The gardens were stunning! The hosts were extremely welcoming & very nice people. Although they live on the site they were very discreet & didn't bother us at all

Very nice garden with a fire pit and outdore games. Not far from the main Chester attractions. Very well appointed kitchen. A home from home!

This was a last minute find for a trip to the zoo. excellent location for the zoo. the cottage itself was really clean and beautiful inside. The garden was excellent for our little boy. The hosts were lovely!!

"Perfect overnight escape from responsibilities & reality"

Marvellous welcome basket full of treats for the evening; fire pit ready to light, so we sat there all evening; dog bowls & treats to make my pet feel at home.

Excellent facilities in the cottage and garden, and perfect hosts. A lovely high quality countryside getaway with all the amenities of a home from home. A warm welcome given to well behaved dog. We appreciated excellent communication with Jayne and Rich, and early book in. We look forward to returning for another stay, and will recommend to friends and family 🐾
