Breakfast was really good, with quite a lot of choice and you could change things around. Room was large and comfy with lovely big windows, and very toasty warm. Lovely welcoming owners (and dogs too). Couldn't have asked for more. And great location for walking into the main part of Harrogate. Also, a car park behind the property was so invaluable.

Breakfasts are lovely , this hotel is in a great position for walking into harrogate & walking to the beautiful vally gardens , also the bus station to go to Knaresborough & lots of other villages & towns not that far away perfect location

Location was very convenient for central sights in Harrogate and the exhibition centre. Friendly and helpful owners and staff, good sized room, excellent breakfast, parking. Lovely view of trees with lots of small birds.

The bed was a little too soft for me and I incurred a bad back, my weakness. Shower facilities: washbasin in the bedroom area as the shower cubicle/toilet whilst adequate, was quite small area.
