Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Sonder Le Victoria in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. Establishment number, 300796. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. You may hear construction noise from renovations in the lobby.

The location of this Sonder property could not be beat. The furthest location of interest for me was probably 20 minutes, and walking for 20 minutes is nothing. I love how we were centrally located and there were so many dining options! The port was just a short 10 minute walk! The metro was just around the block. Location, location, location :) The app was super easy to use and getting into the building and room was super easy and seamless. We did, however, have an issue with the AC and communication through the app. Montreal was experiencing a heat wave, and our AC wasn't working. I contacted reps numerous times, with one rep telling me it was fixed. But when I sent them a picture of it not being fixed, I was told a service person would take a look at it but they never did. A running joke that my son and I had was if we thought the AC would be fixed whenever we came back from an excursion. Spoiler: it was not. Additionally, the app doesn't yet allow you to request housekeeping, so my son and I who were staying for five days had to use the same towels and wash clothes over and over again which is pretty gross. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. There was a full kitchenette, too. It just lacks the proper amenities of a "real" hotel.

"Mostly great but that was because the staff were incredibly accommodating"

I need a dark room to sleep well. The sun came in early in the morning. Some curtains would have been better. The bed was a little lumpy.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Sie hat einfach alles. Super ausgestattet Küche mit Spülmaschine und Gefrierfach , sehr großzügig eingerichtet und geschnitten, Waschmaschine, Trockner+ sehr großes Bett.
