Element by Marriott Sacramento Airport

This hotel was great. Nice big room. Nice touches like filtered water in the room to fill up your water bottle. Great water pressure. Love this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

We had several issues while checking in. The service person was having difficulty and had me swipe my card several times. This resulted in being charged four times for a room we had prepaid online through Hotels.com. When we went to speak to the service person, they had no way of changing / refunding. We asked for management, and after several back and forth requests, the housekeeping manager came. She was much nicer, but still unable to refund. Very disappointing. We are “pending” refund for the unauthorized charges. We wish the prepaid, insured reservation was more secure to avoid this almost $675 error.

No complaints or concerns

Stayed here for one evening...didn't get in until nearly midnight. Fernando, who checked me in, said so politely and with a warm, welcoming smile, "I've been waiting for you!" The room was well appointed with a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy options. Upon check-out, I was greeted by Oksana who asked me about my stay. She, too, was kind and professional. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sacramento.

Note: they charge $10 per night to park your vehicle. Security charge!

$10 for car parking is ridiculous

Always enjoy our stay at the Element, comfy beds, yummy fresh breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was not open, and the internet went down but only for an hour or so, and our bathroom sink was clogged but other than that we had a nice stay. It is in a good location between downtown and the airport.
