Wonderful stay. Excellent customer service from checking in, room, pool, amenities and cooked to order healthy & delicious breakfast. Love the modern, eco friendly decor. Kitchen had everything.

Always enjoy our stay here bc it’s conveniently located to two of our family member’s homes. My only complaint would be providing additional paper plates for breakfast as they tend to run out of the real ones.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the room. Location was perfect for why we were in town.

We had issues with checking in. We wanted to use our debit card to pay for the room when we left but were having issues being told we could not. It was a hassle trying to pay for the room with debit. If you are getting paid for the room by debit it shouldn't matter what debit card, you were using.

The rooms were nice and clean and staff was very friendly.

A little disappointed that the pool area was full of kids not really allowing adults any chance of swimming and relaxing. Very loud neighbors that had kids banging on walls and slamming bathroom door.

I like that this hotel is located close to food and shopping options.

Didn't like that you have to get let into the property each time you need to come in. (I think I get why this is the case, but it can be inconvenient if the attended isn't watching the door to let you enter the hotel.)

Staff was amazing , front desk Anna, she got me maps front laces that I can go and see Sacramento easy and very safe in downtown Sacramento,my check in and out was easy and fast, room was a king suite amazing worth every penny, thank you girls

We really like the hotel. Some hotels have small magnets to keep the heavy doors into the rooms from closing when you are moving suitcases into the rooms. I wish this hotel had those magnets.

The pool was great and patio area.

The bed pillows were awful. The breakfast was awful. We had a diabetic in group. Couldn’t eat anything. Toasters took 3 times to toast. I’d rather eat McDonald’s. Up all night because of loud music and other groups. It was like sleeping under a dance studio. Then at 3 am loud banging. Glad to be home.
