Showers got very hot.

The curtains on the beds in the door rooms don’t come all the way down to the bed and leave a big gap so when your lead down people can still see you. Not the best if your a girl in a mixed room and top bunk and want to get changed instead of climbing down. No soap in the bathrooms

Lovely stay in Sapa - in the centre close to shops, bars, restaurants. But the hotel is down a quiet little street. Stayed in a private room and the views were fantastic once the cloud passed. The trekking tour was absolutely incredible - some of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. Nini was a great guide! She explained everything so well. The staff at the hotel are also very helpful and friendly, and were quick to resolve any issues. I’d recommend 😃!!

hot water lasted 2 mins, very very loud room is not soundproof at all there is so much street noise
