Apartments Sunny Town

Very nice and affordable apartment right in the centre of the old town. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with and kindly left homemade lemoncello and grappa as a welcome. The apartment was well equipped and we appreciated having a washing machine. Korcula itself is beautiful and the apartment was ideally placed for exploring the town and all it has to offer.

The bed was a bit firm for our preference so a mattress topper would be good.

Clean. Good amenities. Safe. Historical.

Dark but it was in an interesting historical location.

Super zentral gelegenes und gemütliches Studio-Apartment mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage auf Korcula braucht. Gastgeber Filip ist hilfsbereit und nett, ich durfte am letzten Tag bis mittags in der Wohnung bleiben.

-It is inside the old town. To stay in a historic building in the old town itself is an unforgettable experience. -The location is generally quiet. There is a restaurant under the apartment, but it becomes quiet during night. -The host is very friendly, he doesn't spare any effort to satisfy his guests. -The essentials provided in the apartment are very limited. But when you ask, the host will try his best to provide. For example, there is a washing machine, but the detergent is not provided. However, if the guests ask, the host can provide it.

-The bathroom is small and old as mentioned in many other comments. But it is functional, though not comfortable. -Like many other apartments in old stone houses in compact old towns, this apartment is very cold in spring although the outside temperature reaches 20 degrees, seems it is not used daily. There are many powerful heaters in the apartment, but it takes time to warm it up as the apartment is 45 m2 big. It could be nice if the host introduced the heaters upon arrival. For example there is floor heating in the bathroom, which is actually very good, but the switch is almost hidden, not everyone can notice it.
