Kúpeľné domčeky - KÚPELE ČERVENÝ KLÁŠTOR Smerdžonka

Domčeky už niesú nové, ale pekné a čisté. Pre deti sú Ihriská v areáli, naši chlapci sa tam vyhrali a raňajky boli formou švédskych stolov, každý si našiel na čo mal chuť. Za nás veľká spokojnosť a ceny prijateľné.

Prostredie je nádherné,vyspali sme sa super,príjemný personál.

Staff and location

At the time of the booking the pictures of the pool and the wellness facilities were advertised as part of the hotel, nowhere on the description or on the pictures mentions or indicated that the pool wasn't part of the same hotel. Once we arrived and we asked they said that it was part of the next door hotel, at that info we thought "oh maybe they shared the facilities". Well, no they are a completely different hotel with their own facilities and this hotel that we booked had non of those facilities and no information stating this. We travel with small children and if yes we go out hiking and do all the outdoor activities, we also, need and always book hotels with pool for the kids to have an indoor activity in the afternoon. We felt that it was a dishonest advertising. However, when we complained and asked for a refund, all was done quickly and without problems.

Áno raňajky nám chutili a lokalita bola pekná

Postele a tenké paplóny a vankúše nám nevyhovovali a treba ich vymeniť za kvalitnejišie , chýbali deky lebo v noci nám bola zima .

Chutné raňajky, ale na počet hostí málo. Kto prišiel neskôr nedostal čo sa minulo. Nedopĺňalo sa.

Pri nástupe sme sa dozvedeli, že máme len raňajky, ale večeru si môžeme normálne zakúpiť. Do bazénu môžu ísť deti kedykoľvek. Skutočnosť - prišli sme z výletu po 20-tej hodine, kuchyňa otvorená len do 18,30 hod. a bazén len do 18,00 hod. (na to nás nikto neupozornil) a po prosení čašníčka nám dala telefónne číslo na niekoho, kto nám doniesol pizzu.
