The variety of options. I liked the variety of teas and the fruit selection and the fact that they replenished regularly. Some staff were genuinely kind and giving of themselves.

The machine coffee was horrendous. Due to the busy morning traffic, the tables were not thoroughly cleaned for the next use by the customers. The TV was limited to what was decided for me. YouTube wasn't available. I called the reception for assistance, and they promised to return to me, and they never did. For the amount spent, I did not get value for my money.

The staff were friendly and always available. I would get messages everyday to check if everything was fine and if thereโ€™s anything that I needed. Breakfast was great too
