Clean, modern room with outside terrace & shared kitchen. close to Karlsaue Park with some lovely walks.

building materials & debris on the terrace. Owners didn’t speak English so I had to rely on my Schoolboy German from many years ago - we got by ok.

"Good location and facilities, sweet host."

A lot of space. Clean, good bed, perfect for the night or longer. There is a kitchen, washing machine, pretty much everything! We were a bit late (around 11 pm) and the lady was waiting for us which was really sweet.

Our visit was too short for us to dislike anything. Everything was good.
