The location in Turin city centre is unbeatable, right on the beautiful Piazza San Carlo. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and informative. I got a free upgrade and enjoyed a very spacious suite with a sitting and kitchenette/dining area. I would definitely stay here again on return visits to Turin!

It's located on the 4th floor of a historic palace so the lift is very small and there are some stairs leading to it. It didn't bother me personally, but guests with mobility issues or people travelling with substantial luggage should be aware of it.

Die Lage top - wenn man von der Parkgarage hochkommt ist gleich vis a vis der Eingang zu den Appartements. Direkt an der schönen Piazza San Carlo, genial. Alessandra vom Empfang sooo hilfsbereit und freundlich, ein Genuss! Dass das Wasser und Kaffee inklusive sind, schätzten wir sehr, danke! Es war auch sehr sauber

Papiertaschentücher-Box im Bad wäre noch ein tolles goodie. Wie Alessandra gesagt, störte das Ganglicht, das die ganze Nacht an war und durch eine kleine Ritze be der Tür strahlte - hier wären Näherungsschalter nützlich und Stromsparend
