Great place

Luxury experience @Resi Stay Villa Silktree. We love everything about our stay there. Bonus: Easy access to public transport. Walking distance to restaurant. Highly recommended.

Warmer, washing machine

It was stylish, comfortable, quiet, and had all the amenities that we could want.

We traveled with elderly parents who had a difficult time walking places. It was more about location than the property itself.

This was the best-equipped and most beautiful accommodation option during our Japan trip as a large family. The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood but close enough to parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the river, and onsen, and, after a 15-m walk, the city's high street or main train station. The house has a spacious common area with all the appliances that you might need. The floor heating was very convenient as we stayed in December. We appreciate that you could enter the house with a code rather than a key, giving more autonomy to individual members from our group to come and go as they pleased. Communication and check-in were smooth and impeccably effective (since Resi Stay works with plenty of properties in the city); they kindly stored our luggage at their office and offered us a complimentary transfer.

The A/C splits in the bedrooms were dated, often noisy, and rather dirty. We think they should undergo a cleanup.

Beautiful property with loads of space. Comfortable and relaxing with great amenities. I was a bit worried about booking as there were so few reviews, but as Resi Stay is a trusted brand out here I went for it and so glad I did. It added to our whole experience of Japan and my parents were very impressed and pleased with the choice.

チェックインも時間より早めでしたが、スタッフの方のスムーズな対応でお宿に荷物を置いて京都観光することができ、大変助かりました。 お部屋もキレイに掃除がいき届いており快適でした。 コロナの影響もあり、夕飯は外食を避け、買ってきた食材にてお宿で食べることにしましたが お宿の周りにコンビニやスーパーがなく追加で買い物をするには不便です。 しかしながら調理器具や食器類も整っているため食材のみで楽しく夜のひとときを過ごせました。 総合的におすすめのお宿です。
