Great stay!

Everything was amazing

We recently took a quick weekend trip to Harpers Ferry . This hotel checked just about every box in what we wanted. The hotel itself was very clean, like spotless! The staff was all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. This was a fantastic value and a great stay.

It has a tranquil, quiet setting yet convenient to all the essential traveling needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facilities are always welcoming and comfortable.

No complaints here, and I’ve stayed here numerous times of the year

. And the room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good but the oatmeal was a little too watery, soupy -- wasn't quite thick enough (without being too dry). The bathroom was roomy, especially the shower stall. Very well maintained, very clean and sink, floors, walls of high quality material.

The HVAC unit was intermittently noisy; it often had a rattling sound throughout the night that kept waking me up. I did report it to the front desk. The nice lady apologized and said she would report the problem for repair for other patrons. The TV had adequate selection of stations but the picture was not sharp. The lobby TV picture had better quality. I'm confident other rooms did not have similar problems. Otherwise my room was quite comfortable and attractive.

Lovely property. Very clean. I was especially impressed with the business work area in the lobby, and lit exit signs near the floor (like on a plane). Edyta, at the front desk was especially helpful. She gave a list of restaurants, and while she's new to the area, she said that several guests had commented that Potomac Street Grill was generally liked. The only negatives: lighting in the room is minimal if shades are drawn. Also, grab bar for tub is at opposite end from where you turn on the water/shower, making for an uncomfortable (&potentially dangerous ) stretch. No grab bar IN tub

Front desk service and hotel staff were wonderful. Facility was spotless.
