"Disappointed "

We were asked to switch apartments and the other apartment was not as nice as the original. Apartment was not marked with an apartment number so it was hard to find. Construction above apartment led to a large amount of dust in the restroom. Heaters were not plugged in and there not any instructions on how to set the temperature. No windows in apartment but bed was comfortable.
