Modern, warm and cosy with all the amenities you need. The spa bath was wonderful.

Nothing, an improvement would be a carport as the car is in the weather with parking in front of villa.

Very good design of the rooms. Good insulation and heating. Nice Onsen bath. Fully equipped kitchen which made cooking very easy.

beautiful property, too many faulty items like - broken chair which almost caused an accident - washing machine was not working - TV cable was not working

there was a blizzard at hakuba and while it was not within the property’s services on offer, they could have helped extend a ride (they had a van) when we called for help. instead, they told us to go call for a cab (obviously we tried that and so did hundred of others). we ended up having to hitch a ride with nonjae’s manager who was kind enough to notice that we had 3 children with us. for what we pay, I would rather go elsewhere next time!
