The view of the property was good. The breakfast was average but the dosas were delicious.

Loads of things. The property is very dimly lit and corridors are super dark. The in room phone didn’t work, so for every request I had to call the hotel from my mobile. Room was on triple occupancy but the towels, dental kits were not adequate. No amenities in the room, wardrobe had only 2 hangers, no robes, no shaving kit, no slippers, no hand or face towels. Not expected from a property which is branded as luxury. Requested the staff at reception to get the room serviced and amenities replenished but that didn’t happen. Light kept tripping every 5 mins. The tea cup was never replaced after the first evening, phone was never rectified. Staff were also not very attentive. Post first cleaning of the room only 2 towels were left in the room. If the charge is so high, services need to be better. The food on the buffet is also average except the dosas which were delicious. We did some room service of sandwiches which were soggy and flavourless. Not recommended to stay here, loads of options in Nashik.

overall, the resort is built with a great concept and infrastructure. the rooms are pretty decently sized (we were in premiere room). breakfast options and taste was very good, and the service whenever needed was very quick.

there is a need for proper maintenance in such a property. when we entered the room, it smelled unpleasant, and during the 3 days of stay, the washroom in the room smelled like a public toilet which also cascaded to the room. the washrooms seemed clean so not sure of where the smell came from. the hotel staff even sprayed freshner and cleaned the washroom again, but that didn't help with the smell. additionally, the extra bed in the room is a sofa cum bed. it is conceptually good, but not very comfortable. this could also be improved.

The ambience, the rooms, the service, the facilities everything was WOW. Worth paying for.

I had booked a lake view room, they gave me one which was infront of the pool with zero privacy. Everyone enjoying the pool just infront of the room. We had got it changed, the room was just above the swimming pool which was still okay but not worth the price you pay. Overall the resort is good, the view is worth the money and food is awesome too
