"Great motel for a short or long stay."

The staff was friendly and accommodated our very late arrival. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff knew we were staying for many days so they recommended a 2nd floor room. I thought that was very thoughtful. The breakfast options were good and the coffee was good and hot. The windows were operable.

I think the only thing I was surprised by was the deposit. I'm not used to paying a deposit.

remodeled bathroom was nice

Didn't eat the breakfast. The area was barricaded off. Beds are horrible foam that are hot with no support. Carpet was disgusting.

Basic ambience was nice - not typical. Obviously an old motel that has been updated. Coffee in room was good.

Noise from road. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Typical cheap American hotel stuff.

The staff was nice.

The word "boutique" evokes a special experience, and quite frankly should not be applied to this location. It is nothing more than a vaguely renovated old motel. The location on a busy road made it dangerous to enter and exit. While there was a "breakfast" very little was appealing. I settled for an adequate cup of coffee and a tiny stale bagel. The coffee machine in the room did not work. Overall, not a place I would recommend.
