Amazing apartments!!! Clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and studio apartment was really big! The directions on the hotels.com app were useless and plotted to the wrong place! Would advise to go on to the apartments website directly which will take you right to them!

Great apartment and central location. Everything you need for your stay is there!! Only downside was the music from local night club.

Right in centre perfect for we was meeting friends. Lovely staff. Very kind staff. Was very clean and comfortable. Slept great! Will be using again.

Very disappointing- as a family with two young children, we were without any hot water for over 50% of our stay. No other rooms or accommodation offered. Still awaiting compensation

Great little spot to stay in Norwich. Comfortable bed and spacious overall. Not a bad place on a budget.

Lovely well-appointed apartment. Helpful staff 24 hours. Fly in the ointment was the loud and prolonged late-night music from the nearby night club. Ear plugs helped somewhat for second night. Ask to be put on the other side of the building - I’m advised it’s much quieter.

Great place to stay, had everything we needed in the two bedroom apartment. Ideally placed for access to local transport links and close to city centre. You do hear the nightclub on Saturday night but it’s not to bad.

The property didn't have proper curtains - only voile coverings which meant low privacy with the lights on and light coming through in the morning which meant no lie in. The floor is significantly worn and raised in places, the shower seal could cosmetically do with either some dettol bleach or re-doing. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The hallway leading to the apartment though had a strong smell of urine. I did send a message to the property regarding the curtains, but have never received a response. This was following the advice from the check-in staff. There was also an alarm from the school going off from 4am which was a repeated warning message - it continued until we left at 9:30. Not the property's fault but a damn nuisance.
