Very friendly check-in. Great apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, and very spacious.Would return without hesitation.

Stayed here over a weekend to discover property is next door to a bar/nightclub with an outdoor area. Even with earplugs and a pillow over my head I could hear lots of noise. Continued till well after 2am. The bed was so soft I sat on the mattress and could feel the base underneath (I’m not that heavy). Did not sleep well. Property is a bit tired.

The property lost internet for 2 days. Therefore TV did not work. Place was not well maintained.

Great location and the apartment is lovely. It has everything you need for the kitchen such as utensils and pots and pans and a fridge. It also has a washing machine! The people that work there are really friendly and hospitable. Will book again.

Great location, friendly and helpful reception staff. Apartment was clean but did smell of stale smoke. The kitchen floor was clean but really sticky to walk on. The en-suite shower was mouldy and needed a really good clean which I was really surprised to see.

Comfortable bed, always our #1 priority. Plenty of hot water - except for both mornings when there was none - weird, and they thought so too when we told them about it. And then there was the whole kitchen/dining/living room area, which is quite a bonus when all you really need is a hotel room. So: sink, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, even a washer/dryer! Very nice, and a very spacious room for relaxing and watching TV, even if you don’t need the kitchen amenities. Great location, close to the train station, shops, restaurants, pubs, Elm Street, and many of the Norwich 12 (historic buildings). Beautiful private back yard. Very friendly, helpful staff. This place gets a solid 9 out of 10, and only loses points for the weird cold-water mornings and a loveseat/sofa quite past its prime and quite uncomfortable.

Always spotless and very handy for office.

Centrally located and safe walking, had to pay for parking,3 blocks away. Washing machine did not work for drying. Excellent customer service . Would probably stay again

Staff was always really nice and helpful. The location is Fantastic for walking around Norwich. Highly recommend!

The location was great, staff was helpful and property in good condition generally. The downside is that there is no on site parking (but there is a car park nearby) and it can get noisy at night as crowds filter out of bars at the end of the night.
