Lage sehr zentral, aber sehr sehr laut, da an Strassenecke, mehrere Strassen u auf Steigung anfahrende Motorräder, Mopeds mit extrem laut aufheulenden Motoren. Leider kein ausreichendes Tageslicht i d Wohnung, da die Fenster und die Fensterkäden nicht geöffnet werden konnten u durften. Fenster nur in Kippstellung. Beleuchtung über der Spüle fehlt.
