Access to the hotel was too dangerous if one is driving. Parking is cramped. Pet policy is very strict. Don't even allow dogs in the balcony of restaurants.

Beautiful view of the Ganga. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room, very comfy bed. Room service was quick and the food was great.

"Beautiful Hotel with a heart enriching view!"

The location was great as I wanted to overlook the Ganges River. I loved the evening Ganga Arthi performed at the hotel .It sanctifies a trip to India and adds a memorable experience.

There was a lot of noise and dust due to building operations. The airconditioner was faulty and that was not rectified.
