Great design, great staff, and very quiet considering it's right next to 495. Staff always puts a humidifier in the room, based on past requests (even if we forget to request it this time!). The main restaurant is very nice - good food (great pizza), good ambiance, but can be a bit noisy when 100% full. They are building an outdoor pool and hot tubs which will be awesome. There is a pond and walking path adjacent to the hotel for a nice morning walk. This is our go-to hotel in the Twin Cities.

What a wonderful evening! We had an amazing room with a beautiful view. Still, the highlight was the thoughtful card and complementary plate of chocolate-covered fruit waiting for us in our room in celebration of our anniversary! We had such a lovely evening having appetizers at Ember and Ice. The staff were exceptional. Then, we decided to order room service from Kindred Hearth for dinner, and we sat and ate in our room by the window, admiring the incredible view of the pond and the Vikings training stadium from our room on the 14th floor. Such a memorable experience that we plan to repeat for our anniversary each year. Thank you, Omni Hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and the customer service is exceptional! The attention to detail is so obvious.

Facility

Amazing stay where the personnel instantly made us feel at home. Great rooms with large windows and a good view and great quality food at the restaurants.

Some restaurants are closed part of the week. Look into this before booking!
