Apartments Stelina

Host was great! Perfect location!

The location was excellent! Right near the port and located very central right near the Old Town. The owner was very nice and greeted us at the port to show us where to go and had a couple sheets full of great recommendations for our stay in Korčula. The room was very spacious with comfortable bedding. It was nice having a kitchen area with a fridge. The TV was great and had streaming services such as Netflix. The owner was also lovely and and had family made drinks on arrival which was a nice touch.

We really liked the property and the owner, unfortunately though the AC and the shower were a bit of a let down. The remote for the AC didn’t seem to be connected to the system so you had to manually turn it on each time. This would be ok but the AC itself didn’t even seem to work as it would come on for a couple minutes and then turn off for 5-10 minutes. This would also make a noise as it turned on and off which would sometimes wake us during sleeping. Unfortunately the shower was also not great as even from our first day it seemed to be clogged and made showering a bit uncomfortable. The hot water system also seemed to be quite limited and temperamental, with some times there being hot water for the first 5-10 minutes before becoming cold. Other times the water wouldn’t heat at all and my partner had all his showers cold during our stay. The place was great overall but these two facilities are quite crucial considering the hot weather and getting quite dirty everyday swimming and sweating, but we did enjoy the place and there were lots of great things about it!

Filip is an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment is second to none. Very well appointed and clean.

Internet connection was dropping quite often but that did not diminish our enjoyment.

Could not have found a better location, and the host was great. He met us at the ferry where we walked the 2 minutes to the apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. Also loved that it was on the ground floor

For those who want separate rooms, this isn't for you. It worked for us though as we spent most of the time out in the town

Filips apartment Stelina is a great and well kept place to stay litterally only a few meters away from the gate to the old city. We really loved our stay here.

The host, Filip met us at the port & walked us short distance to the apartment, showed us around, left information for recommendations. Great location to sight see, had a great few days in the area. Lots of restaurants within minutes from the door. Apartment was well equipped, fridge freezer, kettle etc. Good wifi. Comfortable bed & pillows. Efficient air con, bathroom with shower was as expected. Recommend if you are looking for something close to the centre of the old town.
