When we arrived at the Hotel in the evening, the staff told us the room we booked is not available. They didn't contact us beforehand and left us stranded in Bacalar. They said they have this issue often. Then they refused to cancel and told us we had to do it. Even tho cancelation is not free of charge. Never again.

Habitaciรณn con goteras por la lluvia, llena de mosquitos y 0 flexibilidad con el check-in aunque la habitaciรณn estuviera libre. Ademรกs, la limpieza de la habitaciรณn se hacรญa sobre las 16h...Hora a la que se suele pasar por la habitaciรณn antes de seguir con las actividades del dรญa.

The girl at the reception was very unfriendly. The room change resulted in only two rooms instead of three. The number of beds did not match the booking. This was the worst service we experienced during our two-week stay in Mexico.
