Excelente atenciรณn por el personal, todos muy amables, nos hicieron recomendaciones de lugares para comer riquรญsimo, la habitaciรณn cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cรณmoda.

Creo que solo faltarรญa que contara con un frigobar en la habitaciรณn para poder tener las bebidas frรญas y algunas necesidades de mantener medicamentos en frio ya que viajaba con personas mayores que los requerรญan. Sin embargo el personal de recepciรณn nos apoyo guardando estos medicamentos en su refri, lo que aprecio mucho.

It is very nice. The staff is super helpfull. There is a dog and a cat. Both very friendly, we loved them.

The sewage in room 6 smell bad. WiFi didnt really reach our room, it only worked ouside.

El personal รฉs molt amable i han atรจs en tot moment, inclรบs de nit a travรฉs del whastapp.El recinte de l'hotel รฉs molt bonic i es respira molta calma. ร‰s un petit oasis a Bacalar.

Potser no รฉs a la zona mรฉs propera a la costa de la llacuna perรฒ s'arriba bรฉ a tot arreu amb cotxe o bicicleta.

"Un mal sabor de boca..."

La habitaciรณn fue muy cรณmoda y limpia. Cuenta con varios servicios de tv con netxflix, ventilador, aire acondicionado y agua caliente.

Por alguna situaciรณn ajena ami, nos quedamos atrapados mรกs de 2 horas en el trรกfico sin seรฑal para comunicarnos por un accidente de trรกfico, por lo cual llegamos mรกs tarde para ingresar y nos cobraron 150 pesos adicionales por levantar a la recepcionista para abrirnos la puerta y dejarnos pasar. No recuerdo haber leรญdo alguna especificaciรณn sobre el tema.
