The North African receptionist is an amazing person She has wonderful ability to fix everything helpful polite friendly smile She is a great asset to your hotel Thanks to her and to all the wonderful staff

Had to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready even though the hotel knew months before that we were arriving that day. Check in was after the 3pm check in time so it should have been ready to go.

I have to say, the best thing in the hotel is their Front desk team. I reached late evening, was very tired and just wanted a bed, The gentleman managing the night shift (unfortunately can't remember the name) he quickly finished my check in and even surprised me by a free upgrade to a Suite ! I was surprised and happy from his support and I really appreciate it. Morning during check out I was greeted by maysa who also was very supportive and smiling and finished my procedures in no time.. Can't thank enough the front desk team..and I'd like to appraise them through the management of the hotel as they are a perfect image for the hotel. Thank u all once again

Overall the hotel serves it's purpose. However I've had a good and bad experience during my stay. Pros: - The hotel feels new, neat and clean. - it's quiet - the location is good away from city traffic and close to airport. - the room is big and bright. Cons: - Breakfast is not good as the food didn't feel fresh and good looking. - the bed only had two pillows. - the mattress is not comfortable at all. - service is slow, but the staff made it quick after my second call.

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom sparkled, and even high-touch areas were immaculate. I felt genuinely at ease knowing the hotel prioritized hygiene and guest safety. Beyond the cleanliness, the staff was courteous and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The facilities, such as the dining area and shared spaces, were equally well-kept, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere

I stayed here for a short time before catching my flight. I would say staff were amazing especially Jewel was very helpful at the concierge/ reception.
